An Evening Aboard the Schooner Liberty Clipper Celebrating History
Sail Aboard the Liberty Clipper
The evening begins when you board the Liberty Clipper - a historically accurate build of a gaff rigged schooner built in 1983 as an accurate replica of the Baltimore Clipper Ships of the 1700s. Built for speed and cargo carrying, the Clipper ships are best known for their role in the war of 1812. Guests are asked to help raise sail, take a turn at the helm or just sit back and relax whilst enjoying a 360° view of Long Island Sound while the sun sets.
